Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in its original packaging.
This includes :
- Unraveling a bundle of hair
- Putting any type of product on the hair
- Cutting the lace
- Coloring the hair
- Making any type of adjustments to the hair

One of our customer service representatives will reach back at out to you within 24 to 72 hours of your original email.
In case of a late or missing refund
Before contacting, please check your bank account thoroughly. Once we process a refund it can take up to 3 to 5 business days for funds to become available in your account. This is how credit card companies and banks operate.
If you had already contacted your credit card company or bank and still have not received your refund. Please contact us again.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange any items for the same item, send us an email for additional details.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchange products to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
